Credit Card Procedures
Provide information below on the charge slip
1. Pick up and drop off location
2. Credit card number and expiration date
3. Date of ride
4. Fare charged
5..Passenger signature
6. Provide a passenger with a copy of a charge slip
7. Call (415) 652-2962 from 9am -11pm for authorization

All fare over 100.00 must be handwritten by costumer:
Example: $150.25.
One hundred fifty dollars. 25/100

Please have following info available before call
1. Credit card number :
2. Expiration date
3. Amount of the fare
4. Your name, phone number
5. Taxi Company, Car number
6. When authorization number has been provided write it down
7. Bring the slip to our office to redeem your credit

We charge only 9.99%.
